Laura Alberts Tasteful Options Expands Menu

July, 2005. Due to the growth of Daniel Island and the surrounding Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods, Laura Alberts has expanded their menu to accomodate the increase in lunch business. They have retained their signature chicken salad croissant, grilled meatloaf sandwich, and shrimp and grits and added three hot and cold sandwiches. Braised half rack of baby back ribs and a strawberry summer salad are additional offerings.

Although not open for dinner, the restaurant now offers a popular dinner to go menu. Their selection of prepared foods changes daily. The creation of each dish is influenced by the seasonality and availability of the freshest ingredients.
