Growler Hour 2/10

We’re changing it up!  Raising the bar!  Just in time for Valentines Day! FOOTHILLS Sexual Chocolate will be on tap starting at 7:00pm tonight for sale in 22oz capped and sealed Laura Alberts Bombers.  This incredibly rare Russian Imperial Stout hails from Foothills Brewery in Winston-Salem, NC.  We are super-excited to have this highly acclaimed gem of a beer in our store! 

Also on tap we’ll have Weyerbacher Heresy - This incredibly intriguing ale is made by aging Old Heathen Imperial Stout in oak barrels that were used for making fine Kentucky bourbon!  The result is an extraordinary, dark, and mysterious stout whose very essence has been enhanced.  The aroma is filled with vanilla, cocoa, and roasted coffee beans.  This silky-smooth brew has notes of oak, whiskey, roasted barley and vanilla that meld together on the tongue to create an incredible sensation.

A Sip of Daniel Island

Wednesday March 3rd, 2010 we will be participating in the first ever Sip of Daniel Island. It will take place from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, in downtown Daniel Island. There will be a $20.00 donation fee for each ticket, which will go towards Water Missions International.

Tickets are good for free or discounted beverages or appetizers at each of the 8 participating restaurants. Not all restaurants are offering the same discounted options.
